Nipple Spiral Extender and Barbel

Use your piercing to engage in some wicked nipple torture. The Nipple Spiral uses a 10 gauge stainless steel barbell that you can thread through the spiral extender to stretch your nipple for some delicious torment. Twist the extender to lift the barbell away from the body and tug on the nipple either a little or a lot.
Measurements: Barbell is 0.96 inches long (including balls), 0.15 inches in diameter (10 gauge) with 0.37 inch diameter (8mm) balls, Spiral Extender has 2.53 inches overall length.
